I grew up in Texas my family always had catfish at family gatherings great memories. I come home about three times a year to visit mom and family we always make it a point to drive the hour and a half to Hucks because there is know one left alive that can cook catfish in our family but Hucks has captured that great catfish taste that most people just can't do. SO GOOD! The people there are also always so friendly. You have to try it to understand!
